The Cellule des Marchés at the Centre Hospitalier Régional de Saint-Louis is responsible for managing the facility’s purchasing and supplies. This entity plays a key role in the acquisition of goods and services needed to keep the hospital running smoothly, while optimizing costs and complying with public procurement regulations.
The Procurement Unit works closely with the hospital’s various departments to identify needs, draw up specifications and issue invitations to tender. It then evaluates the bids received and selects suppliers on the basis of criteria such as product quality, delivery times and costs.
